2. General Information

This privacy policy informs you about the personal data we process when you visit our website or contact us. "Personal data" is any data that can be used to personally identify you.

3. Hosting and operation of the website (Wix)

Our website is powered by Wix.com (website builder/hosting). Data generated during website visits is also processed by Wix. Wix may store website visitor data in various data centers (including the USA, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, and Israel). Wix Help Center

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, stable operation of the website).

4. Server log files (technical access data)

When you visit our website, our IT systems and/or hosting provider (Wix) automatically collect technical data (e.g., IP address, date/time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser/device, operating system). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website, ensure security, and analyze errors.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Storage duration: usually short-term; longer storage only occurs if required for the prevention/analysis of security incidents.

5. Cookies & Consent Management

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies are required for its operation. Non-essential cookies (e.g., for statistics/analysis) are only set if you have given your consent via the cookie banner.

6. Contact (email / form)

When you contact us (e.g. via email or contact form), we process your information (e.g. name, email address, message) to handle your request and for follow-up questions.

Legal basis:

  • Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR (pre-contractual measures/contract), insofar as it concerns offers/services, or

  • Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).

Storage period: until final processing; beyond that only if legal retention obligations exist or this is necessary for documentation.

7. Wix Chatbot (Wix Chat / Wix AI Site Chat)

We use a chatbot (Wix Chat/Wix AI Site Chat) on our website so you can quickly ask us questions. Your chat messages and any contact information you provide during the chat will be processed. The conversations will appear in your Wix Inbox, where you can manage or delete them. Wix Help Center

Purpose: Communication, support, processing of requests.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation/fulfillment of communication regarding services) and/or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in fast customer communication).
Storage period: until the request is resolved; longer storage only if necessary (e.g. proof/contractual reference) or if you request deletion and there are no legal obligations to retain the data.

8. Wix Analytics

We use Wix Analytics to statistically analyze website usage (e.g., page views, usage patterns) in order to improve our content. If a cookie consent banner is active, Wix Analytics data can only be collected from visitors who have clicked "Accept" in the banner. Wix Help Center

Storage duration: depends on Wix and your settings; we only use the data as long as it is necessary for analysis/optimization.

9. Google Analytics (GA4)

Additionally, we use Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement and website usage analysis. When using a cookie banner, Google Analytics is only loaded after consent has been given (Consent Mode is automatically activated in this context by Wix). Google Help

Provider: Google (in Europe, usually Google Ireland Limited; depending on the processing, data may be transferred to Google LLC, USA).
IP addresses: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; IP addresses of EU users are discarded before logging. Google Help
Data retention in GA4: User-related data can be stored for 2 or 14 months (depending on the configuration). Google Help

10. Recipients / Categories of Recipients

We do not freely share personal data with third parties. However, we use service providers (data processors) for the operation of the website and the aforementioned functions, in particular:

Under the GDPR, you have, among other things, the following rights:
